PhosAgro-Region’s distribution network comprises 11 regional companies that provide farmers in Russia and the CIS with PhosAgro’s high-performance mineral fertilizers and value-added agronomic services, along with agrochemical products made by other Russian companies.


PhosAgro-Region’s regional networks partner directly with thousands of farmers in dozens of regions countrywide from Kaliningrad to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. PhosAgro-Region has an exhaustive knowledge base on crop farming across all climatic zones and in all types of soils in Russia. It offers consulting services in the area of tailor-made nutrition programmes for a specific crop, soil and climate.


PhosAgro Group’s considerable investment in developing PhosAgro-Region supports its undisputed leadership by the total sales of all mineral fertilizer grades to the Russian agribusiness. Today, PhosAgro-Region boasts the widest distribution network in terms of regional footprint and the number of locations where it operates.

PhosAgro is Russia’s only producer of mineral fertilizers operating a regional representative office in the Far Eastern Federal District.


PhosAgro-Region’s capacities in the regions are used to make fertilizer mixtures at farmers’ requests.


The Company’s regional packaging capacities enable PhosAgro to have its mineral fertilizers packaged locally, relieving Apatit’s production lines from overloading in periods of peak operating rates.


 

Investment programme

From 2018 to 2023, 4 billion Roubles was invested in the development of the PhosAgro-Region network. As a result, the number of its distribution centres rose from 19 to 34 and the network’s total storage capacity exceeded 850,000 tonnes.
