Procedure for Dividend Payment to GDR Holders
Dear Shareholders and Owners of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs),
This is to inform you that PhosAgro PJSC has temporarily suspended the acceptance and processing of applications for payment of unclaimed dividends, due to issues which require clarification from the Central Bank of Russia.
The company will provide further information regarding resumption of acceptance and processing of previously submitted applications at a later date.
