Moscow. 15 July 2011. The board of directors of OJSC Apatit, part of the PhosAgro Group, has re-elected Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov as its chairman. Manturov was first elected to this position in October 2010.
Three committees of the board of directors of OJSC Apatit were also created at the meeting: the audit committee, the strategic development committee and the remuneration and human resources committee.

BiographyDenis Valentinovich Manturov:Born on 23 February 1969 in Murmansk. Graduated in Sociology from Moscow Lomonosov State University in 1994. Completed postgraduate studies at Moscow Lomonosov State University in 1997. Candidate of Economic Sciences. 2000-2002 – doctorate of the Moscow Aviation Institute. In 2006 graduated in jurisprudence from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. 1998-2000 – Deputy CEO, OJSC Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant2000-2001 – Commercial Director, OJSC Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant 2001-2003 – Deputy Chairman, Gosinkor (State Investment Corporation)2003-September 2007 – CEO, OJSC OboronpromOn 11 September 2007 by order of the government of the Russian Federation, Manturov was appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation.On 19 May 2008 by order No. 700 of the government of the Russian Federation, Manturov was appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.Denis Valentinovich Manturov is included in the “Golden 100” talent pool created by the President of the Russian Federation to fill key government positions. In accordance with RF Government Decree No. 1924-p of 14 December 2009, Denis Manturov is appointed chairman of the board of directors of OJSC Apatit by special right (Golden Share).
